    • The original shipping cost (even for free delivery) will not be refunded.
    • The remaining amount will be refunded after we receive and inspect the product.
  2. Faulty or Incorrect Product (Our Fault)

    • If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, we will cover all return and replacement costs, including delivery charges.
    • You can choose between:
      • A full refund, including shipping costs.
      • A replacement product, with all associated costs covered by us.

How to Initiate a Return?

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refunds will be made through your preferred method (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer).
  • The process typically takes 5-7 working days after receiving the product.

Important Notes

  • Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • In case of disputes, our decision will be final after reviewing the case.
